Koga Miyata Pro racer 1978

About this bike

The Koga Miyata Pro racer was the best bike that Koga offered in the 70's. It was specially designed for the professional cyclists and the brand was well known for its quality standards and innovative designs.

I've bought the bike from a former amateur cyclist who lived in Nijmegen, the same place where I live. He wanted something special and ordered the most expensive bike that Koga offered in that year. The bike is still in a very good condition with minimal wear and no cracks or dents. Framenumber is F242907 which indicates 1978.

The bike is fully equipped with a Shimano Dura Ace 1. generation groupset. Exactly as the professional riders used them during the 70's.  Stem and handlebars are from SR Royal. Wheels consist of Dura Ace hubs laced to Mavic Championat du Monde Professional rims.

Rare bike and in this condition extremely hard to find.
